These draft Terms explain SizzleCam’s on-device and optional AI food-photo workflows, what you may submit, how tickets and Plus are handled, and why every result still needs human review.
This public draft describes SizzleCam, an iOS 17+ food-photo refiner with on-device natural correction and optional AI processing. It must be checked against the shipped app, production configuration, service providers, App Store products, and applicable law before publication.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are intended to govern your use of SizzleCam, the SizzleCam website, and related support services (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME].

SizzleCam is an iOS 17+ food-photo refiner. Natural correction can adjust light, color, texture, and appetite appeal on the device. Optional AI may provide Natural refine from one photo or Pro shoot from top-down and angled references. You can compare results and export versions for Instagram, digital menus, print, or master use.
Natural refine is intended to preserve the original framing, plate, and background. Pro shoot may redesign lighting, framing, or the setting while keeping the food content unchanged; any vessel change follows the setting selected in the app. Features may change by app version, device, region, and purchase state.
The app may offer consumable AI ticket packs of 5, 15, 50, and 100 tickets, as well as a monthly Plus subscription. App Store purchase prices may vary by country or region.
You may use SizzleCam only if you can legally enter into these Terms and satisfy the [MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT] applicable to you. If you use the Service for another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
The current app is designed for anonymous use. You are responsible for keeping your device and Apple ID credentials secure, providing accurate information when requesting support, and promptly notifying us of unauthorized purchase or access concerns.
You agree to use SizzleCam only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not damage, overload, interfere with, or circumvent the Service. You must not:
You are responsible for the photos, top-down and angled reference images, style choices, food direction settings, and other content you submit ("User Content"). You must have all rights, permissions, and consents needed for us and our service providers to host, transmit, process, transform, and return the User Content for your request.
Do not upload personal, confidential, biometric, or sensitive content unless you have considered the risks and are authorized to do so. You are responsible for checking the result before saving, sharing, publishing, or using it for a consequential purpose.
AI processing can be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unavailable. It may introduce artifacts, alter ingredients, portions, text, logos, a vessel, or the surrounding context. SizzleCam is designed to validate results and keep the natural version when a change is too large, but no automated check can guarantee perfect food identity, accuracy, suitability, originality, or fitness for a particular purpose.
You must review the Before and After result before publishing a menu, advertisement, social post, print item, or other representation of the food. SizzleCam does not replace your responsibility to ensure that an image accurately represents the dish offered to customers.
You must not rely on AI-generated or AI-processed content as professional, medical, legal, financial, safety, identity, or factual advice. You are responsible for human review and for disclosing or labeling edited content where required.
You may not use SizzleCam to create, upload, process, request, or distribute content or conduct that:
As between you and us, you retain your rights in User Content, subject to the rights of third parties. You grant [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] and the service providers used to operate SizzleCam a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, transform, process, and display User Content only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and support the requested Service and to comply with law.
We and our licensors retain all rights in SizzleCam, including the app, software, brand, interface, documentation, and service technology. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
The final agreement should confirm whether and how de-identified or aggregated information may be used for service operations, quality, or improvement. Do not add a broader license without legal and product approval.
SizzleCam may sell consumable AI ticket packs of 5, 15, 50, and 100 tickets. Purchased tickets do not expire. Tickets are digital usage units for the app, are not cash or stored value, and may not be sold, transferred, or redeemed outside the Service unless required by law.
The app will show the applicable product, price, and purchase terms before an App Store transaction and the intended ticket cost before optional AI generation. Tickets are intended to be consumed only after successful AI enhancement; failed or rejected AI results keep the natural version without consuming the displayed ticket amount.
Apple’s standard Restore Purchases flow does not automatically restore consumed consumable products. Any cross-device or reinstall recovery for ticket balances depends on the final server-authoritative purchase implementation and must be described accurately before publication.
SizzleCam may offer a monthly Plus subscription. If offered, the App Store purchase sheet will show the applicable price, billing period, renewal terms, trial or introductory offer if any, and other purchase details for your storefront. The final subscription description must be reviewed against the configured product identifier and Apple’s requirements.
Subscription management, cancellation, and refund requests are handled through the Apple ID and App Store account systems. Unless Apple’s terms or applicable law provide otherwise, deleting the app does not itself cancel a subscription.
Purchases and subscriptions are billed by Apple through the App Store. App Store prices may vary by country or region and may include applicable taxes. Apple’s payment, cancellation, refund, and account terms apply to the transaction.
For purchase support, use Apple’s purchase history and refund request tools where available, or contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] for help understanding the SizzleCam feature. We do not promise a refund or override Apple’s purchase systems.

We may add, remove, pause, limit, or change features, supported devices, AI models, ticket behavior, providers, or availability by region. We may perform maintenance or experience outages, latency, errors, or interruptions. We do not guarantee that the Service or any result will always be available or uninterrupted.
If a change materially affects a paid feature, the notice and remedy, if any, will be determined by applicable law, Apple’s terms, and the final purchase configuration.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to SizzleCam if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk, used the Service unlawfully, attempted to evade payment or safety controls, or if doing so is needed to protect users, the Service, or our legal obligations. We may also discontinue the Service, subject to applicable law.
If access ends, provisions that by their nature should survive may continue, including ownership, licenses, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute provisions, and payment obligations already incurred.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SizzleCam and its results are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and that content will be preserved or error-free.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so these exclusions may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or warranty that cannot be limited under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] and its officers, employees, licensors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to the Service or these Terms.
